How IT WORKS
After the requirements for the job have been established by the “job experts”, and the competencies have been identified, the employer is ready to have applicants complete the Employee Self-Description Index on-line. The applicants' results can be received immediately or at the end of your application process.
A Summary Report will be e-mailed for the date range you specify listing all individuals by how closely they match the selection criteria established in the Job Analysis.
For employers who want to test a large number of applicants at one time but do not have enough on-line capabilities, the Employee Self-Description Index can be administered on site with a pencil, test booklet and an answer sheet. Completed answer sheets can be over-night expressed to Sequential Employment Testing, Inc. for next day reporting.
The Questionnaire
The questionnaire is easy to administer on-site or on-line. The questions are written at an eighth grade reading level and the questionnaire can be completed in 15 – 17 minutes. Completed questionnaires are interpreted by Sequential Employment Testing, Inc. Results are e-mailed back to you within minutes unless other arrangements have been made.
